Regardless of the hours, I'm so thankful to have a job! I'll be helping people, making money, and have some purpose to my days. And to add to all of that, I love the people that I have had training with for the past five days. We have all gotten along SWIMMINGLY! In fact, the trainers leading the class said it has been their favorite class and that we have been the most fun to work with.
I have been amazed at how friendly this work environment has been. I think it's because we are all there because we have compassion and empathy for others and want to help. Who knew that a call center could be such a fun and positive work environment?! Before this I always pictured miserable people stuck in a cubicle for hours on end, speaking into a headset in a tired and monotonous voice. Not the case here, my friends. We are there to make a difference! We are there to make people smile! We are there to give people good customer service!
Ok, I'll stop bragging and sounding like a person obsessed with their job. Let's just say, I'm excited for tomorrow.
Except the waking up early part, hehehehe. You know I had to add that in there.
So happy to see you excited and willing to work hard at serving others. I know you will do a great job. As for getting up early, I know you can do it now that you have a purpose and enjoy doing what you do.
