  1. This is so sad. No one should be persecuted for their faith, regardless of religion. Unless, of course, that faith teaches them to harm/hurt others. As sad as this is, I don't believe it is the US government's place to get involved. Individuals sure, but not the government. If this man has a heart that is right before God and he refuses to blaspheme his faith, he will be a martyr and a saint and will stand in glory with the Father. That is a beautiful thing.

  2. I agree that the US government shouldn't get involved--they get involved in enough that isn't their business. But I do think that it should be more of a news-worthy story and that people should get involved.
